Copenhagen Hucks was formed in 2012 and has since become one of the largest Ultimate Frisbee clubs in Denmark. Hucks is a merger between two clubs called USG and Flying Circus - the latter being one of the oldest clubs in Denmark.

 

Especially on the women's side, we have over the years been one of the strongest teams in Denmark with several Danish championships, including winning the Outdoor DM three consecutive years in a row! (2015, 2016 and 2017)

 

We are also very much focused on being Spirited, which is an extremely important part of Ultimate Frisbee. A good spirit show a team's willingness to play fair, knowing of the rules of Ultimate, showing a great attitude in the game, as well as the ability to respect and communicate with the opponent on the field. For both the Outdoor DM in 2018 and the indoor DM in 2019, we won the Spirit prize in both the Men's and Women's division!

 

As a club, we go to great lengths to welcome new players of all levels. We have players, who win Danish championships and play on the various national teams, and players who join the club for the sake of the exercise and good company.
